The Basics

The following information will assist you with setting up your SmartOffice and getting it ready to take calls. Depending on your business needs, you may choose to use some or all of the following features. At this point, your SmartOffice will only allow callers to leave voicemail messages. In order to route calls, at minimum, you must create a minimum of one Menu and record an associated greeting for it.
